BOOT Problems

If I attach anything to the USB 3.0 port, the Pocket won't boot. It shows the Logo and the Windows circle forever...
If I remove the USB printer or disk and force the computer off and restart it boots ok
The same happens if I insert a USB Type C Hub the machine will not boot seems to be stuck in an endless loop...
I tried settings in setup to enable Windows Boot Manager not UEFI and it booted...
Any ideas on whats going on?

Yes it appears ok for now. Windows update also has fixed this problem...
