How enable battery status with the unlocked BIOS (2017-06-28)?

Hi!

The unlocked BIOS (2017-06-28) has fantastic settings for making the system smoother, but, as someone on Reddit pointed out, the battery status does not work with it.

Is there any way to make the battery status work with it?

Do not understand your meaning, whether to say to unlock some BIOS advanced power of power management option invalid?

Some people on Reddit reported that they not could see the battery status on the GPD Pocket, after they installed the unlocked BIOS.

Others said it did work for them.

Battery status does not work for me presently, but this may be for other reasons.

They install other ubuntu versions of their own, resulting in a battery state that doesn't show up and requires them to modify the kernel themselves.
