Suggestion About Keyboard

I don't know if manufacture read that, but, about the keyboard, why did you put a trackpoint (no gesture, scroll...) when you can made a Keyboard Touchpad like BlackBerry (the passport) look here :

And no, didn't say: Up/Down key...

That THE point with "Country Keyboard Layout" and Backlite that the product miss to do a 2017 good product. The Trackpoint is soo 2000...

I just wish I could (easily) use the context menu button (next to the left arrow button) as a scroll button similar to what Lenovo/IBM did on their devices.

A Keyboard Touchpad like the Blackberry Passport would add more cost to the product and require more complex software to drive it. It is suitable for a small device like the Passport which is probably only used in Portrait orientation. It is impractical for a device such as the Pocket. People would soon grow tired of having to switch between using the Keyboard as a Trackpad or a Keyboard.

A Trackpoint is far superior, functionally, especially for keyboards of this size and up.

Trackpoints are NOT so 2000.

Why do you think Lenovo Thinkpad Laptops are so popular? Dell and HP include them on some of their premium model Laptops too but the Lenovo experience is superior which is why I have ordered a Lenovo external Trackpoint keyboard, without a Trackpad, to use with my Laptop.

I have a Lenovo B590 Laptop which only has a Trackpad and it's not a smooth experience by any stretch of the imagination.

!!Keep the Trackpoint!!
