GPD WIN Keyboard Stopped

Hi. I have probrem GPD WIN

My GPD WIN keyboard didn't work any more suddenly from yesterday.
A movement restarts and doesn't also change as shut down.
It didn't also change with re-recognization of a device manager and driver's insertion change.

In BIOS setup is working GPDWIN keyboard, but when it'll be Windows10, a keyboard doesn't work.

Volume control, powerbutton ,Xbox box button seems to be work,
And joystick can use of Windows10.

Is there any idea?

Please right click the device, choose properties, then open the device manager.Then please see if there is something wrong with the keyboard driver.

5 of HID Keyboard device is shown to a device manager.
It isn't only 1 like a picture.

Even if a driver of GPD was applied, it didn't change.

Will anything be understood now?
I want you to tell me an application way of a keyboard driver.
