Keyboard no longer working

Hi,

The keyboard of my GPD Win stopped working yesterday. The 10 kyes on the right still work, but the main keyboard does not.

I searched for this issue on the internet and found descriptions of other people with the same problem.

Is this a hardware issue? Is there anything I can try before making any warranty claims?

mine not workkng to sometkmes asdf sometimes oip the spoiled keys are random.. i want a replacememt unit please.

Sorry for the issue.May i know the power key and volume +and volume- is function or not?

Yes, they do work. All 10 keys on the right work, including power and volume keys.

Same problem on mine last weekend after 'Load default' in the BIOS 10/25/2016.
I can't enter the BIOS by pressing DEL and no response on Win10 but Joy pad and 10keys on the right side works well.
How can I fix it?
No problems with external USB keyboard.
