keybord button A S D F G not working

im not sure whzt i did wrong but all of a sudden the button A S D F G wont work after i installed spotify and tried to login.

the hardware button is not even working in bios mode. only these array of letters on d keyboard wont work the rest worked fine. im really dissapointed coz wanted to make gpdwin as my main windows now but without those keys i can hardly be productive.

anyway to solve this or can i get a replacement?

After download it, please check it with a USB disk. If the buttons are still not working, you may beedn to request for a replacement.
