GDP WIN won't start up

I received my GDP WIN 2weeks ago, then now, can not start it up..

The Blue LED light is turning on, by long press power does not work.(no GDP logo is coming,just black screen )
When the charging cable connected, the LED brink with Blue/Purple, after for a few hours, turned it Blue. Then long press power button dose not work(same as adobe, no GDP logo is coming stay black screen)
I have tried staying connected cable over the night, still LED is BLUE and not work..
i am using provided charger/cable, it was working properly until yesterday, suddenly can't be started, what should i try???
