GPD Win won't start up

Hi GPD,

I received my GPD Win from being an indiegogo supporter only Friday last week.
Over the weekend I started it up and loaded some games (simple Steam games).
I put it on charge overnight to take with me to work.

The red light is not off, it remains on.

It does not start up without the power cord connected.
It does not start up with the power cord connected.

Is there anything that I can do in order to get this up and running again.
I am looking forward to making use of this fantastic piece of equipment.

you can't even get into the bios when pressing del when its unplugged?
if not then its dead, I'm not sure whats wrong but you might have to send it back in.

Please try to resolve it as below:

In the turning off mode, plug in the socket, to see if the light is on.
If the light is on, it proves that the power chip has not been burnt out.

If so, please hold the power on button for 10 seconds, to see if it can be turned on.

If it can not be turned on, it may because that the system has not been quit nomally when switching off. It is like the "fake dead" mode. In this case, you need to wait
until the power has been used up totally, then try to recharge the device to turn it on again.
