Win10 License

Hello GPD. I'm one of the backer of the GPD Win. I have received my machine, starting it up and want to activate my machine. However it reports :

The product key used on this PC didn't work with this edition of Windows. You might need to get in touch with the store or company you bought Windows from, enter a different product key, or go to the Store to buy genuine Windows. Error code: 0xC004C003

Please help me!

it's really bad that GPD using some blocked key in their GPD win machine! At least, it happened to mine!

I have same problem too.
Don't know how many user having same situation...

I'm having the same problem, called microsoft and they said its a blocked key and suggested I contact GPD for a new key. Since then I had emailed them 3 times and sent messages on skype but I didn't get a single reply! ...I am so disappointed after backing this project and waiting so long.

Anyone have a suggestion on how to reach them for a solution?

But I also send email to Kendy and he resolve it.

We are sorry for this issue. Please send your request to zhoukl@softwincn.com and we will send you a new product key.

I have a blocked key and have emailed for a replacement but am not sure if I used the correct email address (kelvin@gpd.hk) if this is wrong email address please could someone point me in the right direction as I have not had any replies
