Windows 10 License

When I try activate my copy of windows on my Win, it comes back with key already in use.
Please send a valid key.

I got my GPD Win today but I also same problem.
I got error 0xc004c003 when I activate my GPD WIN.
So please give me a valid product ID a.s.a.p. otherwise I can't use this.

if you bought through the indiegogo crowdfunding, you should have their email address

Thank you for your advice I'll do so.

I have a blocked key and have emailed for a replacement but am not sure if I used the correct email address (kelvin@gpd.hk) if this is wrong email address please could someone point me in the right direction as I have not had any replies.

I have also tried this address given as the correct address for replacement keys
