GPD XD dead after firmware update

Good afternoon,
I received a few hours ago my GPD XD and I tried to update the firmware. As first using the online tool but it was a persistent connection error with the server then by using the offline firmware.
I copied it on my SD Card and the update was completed with no error at first boot in recovery mode but now... the console doesn't boot up anymore.

If I connect it on the PC it stays in RED led icon. If I un-plug it it is the green color but no screen or sound.


How can I restore it?
