Having Trouble Downloading The GPD Pocket Firmware for Windows Update

The magnetic link doesn't work and the other link requires using Megadownload New Zealand which is very very slow. I tried to download it 3 times. The first time it timed out and stopped. The second time, download stopped half way telling me that I've used up my quota for free downloading and suggested that I sign up and pay for better downloading. I'm trying one more time on a different computer but it is still very very slow and I have 250 Mbps download speed.

Any suggestions on how to get that file? Any other sources?

I tried using the magnetic link and now it is downloading. Much faster than Mega. Finally completed after 1.5 hours.
