GPD Pocket tweaks

Hi guys, has anyone run the text file tweaks that you have to rename with a .ps1 extension in powershell ISE (as admin) ? and copying and pasting the line Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope Process -ExecutionPolicy Bypass before running it ? when I click the green run button it just comes up with red text, can anyone shed any light on this for me please ?
