Where is the Windows 10 Activation Key kept? One was not included in the box with my Pocket and I just reimaged mine - now asking for activation.

I'm from Australia. When I received GPD I tried 3 times to go through the setup manual but it was like the manual was for an entirely different unit. Anyway I used it and loved it just for work on the move. Then after charging one day. Nothing. Dead as a door nail. I have emailed and facebooked several times but never got a reply. I got it through amazon and tried the seller but no luck. I'm pretty frustrated. Please tell me.. Will someone finally tell me what is going on because if I knew that the after sales service was so bad I would never have bought one. What do I do

What do you mean?

I really appreciate that. However. Wouldn't I just send it to you guys? I don't think Jones cell phone store will open it up? Please will u guys just repair it? It has been a long time
