GPD Win won't turn on

Hello,

Looking for support.
I have had my GPD Win since Friday Novmember 4th.
It powered on when I got it.
It is now Saturday. It shutdown and won't turn back on.

Also, I have been unable to enter the windows key but that may be due to bad wifi.

Please help me resolve this

It looks like it came back on.
I have shut it down gracefully in windows and will update if it has trouble next time I turn it on

Device isn't turning on though the charge light comes on when plugged in.

I had left the device to install Counter Strike: GO through the Steam. Found that it had finished but the Windows networking screen wouldn't open.

Rebooted through Windows and now nothing.

more accurately: after being unused a for long period of time. the wifi\mouse don't come back.

so far, these recent episodes have been happening during updates or gameplay

If the GPD WIN is being unused a for long period of time, the system will go into the sleeping mode automatically.

In the sleeping mode, sometimes it will not wake up some drivers, so the wifi/mouse can not be operated.

The problem can be solved by updating the BIOS, please wait for the BIOS update, thanks.
