How do you get GPD support?

I have a new GPD Pocket and the Windows Activation key is invalid.
How do I contact GPD support?
The contact form on their webpage doesn't work. It won't submit, complaining about chinese characters, even though I am entering English.
I tried the email address that is also provided on the contact page, but it bounced back.

They don't seem to want to hear from their customers.
