When will GPD Win 2 be launched in Hong Kong?

I want to purchase GPD win 2 in Hong Kong but don't know how to buy, when it will be launched, where I can buy, and who is the authorized distributor.

In facebook, some company claims that they are collecting the pre-order of GPD win 2 (Version of authorized dealer import in Hong Kong "香港行貨版") and sold it at the price of HK$ $5,980. However, I am afraid that they are selling the version of parallel import from Mainland "內地水貨版".

As a Hong Kong consumer, it is very difficult to pre-order GPD win 2 from JD.COM (京東), so please advise how we can purchase it.
