Ideas for the next GPD device
or the next GPD device, I would like to see a combo of Pocket and WIN 2. Keeping the screen size at about 6.5 inch., the device would have detachable keyboard and controller.
Attaching a keyboard and trackball (which are made friendlier to use using only thumbs) would make the Windows PC look like this:

And taking his off and attaching a controller, (that is made more egronomic) makes it look like this:

These 'mods' not only change input but could add RAM, processing power, graphics power, storage, battery, cooling, etc, at perfect values according to work under the keyboard and gaming under the controller. (These may sound a bit difficult to maintain compactness, but atleast storage could be increased. The device would still run as a tablet after removing both of these mods. Ports maybe reduced, to promote wireless connectivity.
Well, the performance could be made better if SoCs like Snapdragon 835 could be used instead of over-heating intel processors. Maybe telephony via some love from Microsoft could be added, making it the dream pocketable device ever.
I hope GPD looks into my dream, and implements atleast some ideas into their next device.

+1
It would be great to see a 6,5" or 7" handheld console.
Now I use to game on my Mi Mix2 (6") with a Buetooth controller and I would buy the GPD XD Plus for all but the screen size (5")
