GPD Pocket 7 Battery Life Huge Issue

I purchased the GPD Pocket with Windows 10, applied all windows drivers from GPD, and still only get 20-30 minutes of battery life. Can you please send me another battery or let me know how to fix this? I really like the device; however, it is useless if the battery does not last the 6-12 hours I have read about.
