I have a question

I have been looking at videos on YouTube of this when to device running GTA 5 and it starts lagging really bad and dropping all it's frame rates when you drive in a car through the map and that's because it runs out of RAM it loads too many textures and the device does not have enough ram to dump so technically it cannot run GTA 5 out of the box that is if you want to run GTA 5 on the wind 2 you need to do some extreme modifications and programming changes. Why do they advertise it as being able to run GTA 5?
