[Need Help] Broken Keyboard, Cpu fan, really bad finitions

Hello,

I receive my GPD WIN 2 but i was surprise when i use it.

The keyboard and CPU FAN dosen't work.

I really need your help to contact a real technical support because actualy i talk with kendyz@gpd.hk but he don't want to help me. I start to contact him at the June 17

GPD know how take money but don't know how to have a real technical support... Really sad
