New CPU fan?

Hi,

the CPU fan of my new pocket already starts making grinding noises when it's under full load (and under some specific angle the laptop is oriented); I think the fan is faulty.

So I'd like to replace it with a new one. Anyone here got an idea of what type to choose? Is it somewhere available for sell like on aliexpress? Can I get a new one from the manufacturer? Or a datasheet for the fan?
