ABXY Button issues

Hi,
I've looked around online and it seem to be a common problem but after a couple months of use one of my buttons (the "A" button) is sticking. From google-ing it, it seems that I will need to replace the silicon pad beneath it, which means tearing down the whole device, etc, etc (the pads are available on geekbuying).
So my question is: are there any recommended repairers lists (I am not overly comfortable tearing down this sort of device due to all the ribbon cables).

Could your next version please make make these more durable, and even if not then at least make it easier to replace the silicon (maybe being able to remove the face plate to access the silicon pads directly).
