Hello,

My GPD XD screen is broken and shows horizontal line on screen.
I contacted their "authorized retailer" whom I bought it from at amazon but they said they stopped providing repair services.

So I tried GPD's contact form but it accepts only Chinese. So I tried email address pointed at their website. However I got no response.

Do they provide any customer services / repair services? If yes, how to make a contact with them?
