having keyboard issue
I have been having keyboard issue on GPD Pocket since the beginning I received it on Aug 4.
It looks like down arrow key is kept being pressed all the time while I haven't even touched the keyboard. plus I cannot enter letter B, N, and /.
I recorded a video of the symptom:

It is almost impossible to use this machine as this problem starts as soon as I login to the machine.
I tried fresh install of Windows10, un/re-install drivers with no success.
I have been trying to contact support at GPD for the past few weeks but haven't received any response yet.
Please let me know how I can fix.

I sent back my GPD Pocket to the manufacturer as requested back on Sep 16th, and I received a message saying they received the package on Sep 28th. But since then I haven't had a word on any updates like the repair is being done or the package is being delivered or whatever. I hope GPD will improve their customer support.

I received the repaired Pocket on Oct 19th. So far the problems have been all fixed. Thanks to kendyz@gpd.hk who's been very helpful.

No me funciona las teclas de simbolos usando Shift. Es decir no coinciden los simbolos con los que aparesen dibujados en las teclas
¡¿¿'?=)( y otros mas.
todos los simbolos estan en otras posiciones.
Como puedo remediar esto.

I have a Pocket GPD that I bought a couple of weeks ago. Download Windows 10.
Symbol keys do not work for me using Shift. That is, the symbols do not coincide with those that appear drawn on the keys
