Where are the GPD support

And GPD didnt answer, I search by my own and find solution is modfication of the gpd win with this parts :

I get really disappointed with the GPD company. I understood that the first lot may have problems, but When need the support to solve the problem.

Please GPD make a post with the main issue and how to resolve.
