My gpd win doesnt work

Hi, gpd doesnt work, when i push the power boton the screen doesnt work, the blue light is on and the fan doesnt work, please helpme, I tried charging the device all night, i reset my device a lot of time holding the power boton.
Please help me

I have the same problem.
Only the blue power light turns on.

I tried to enter the BIOS but I can not display the "GPD" logo.

I tried key combination:
- press power for 5 seconds and then "on" repeatedly.
- Press "fn" + "F4" "F7".

GPD is less than a month old. How can I repair it with its support? Or how can I manage the warranty for a replacement?


The solution would be to reload the BIOS?

How to do that?

No administrator supports the warranties
