Gpd win won't turn on

Hello, today after less then a month my gpd win won't turn on. I've already tryed all the suggestions tô turn it on (included let battery going down tô 0 and try again) but it does not turn on. The logo "GPD" keeps stayin and nothing happens.
Só what tô do?
Do i need to send it back tô you?
I actually evaluate also for a refund.
I'm one of the indiegogo buyers from Italy.

If the logo "GPD" keeps staying on, can you try to press "del" key to go into the bios? Or try to enter Fn+F7 key to enter select system shortcut boot interface? If so, please reinstall the firmware by below link:

I've tried to reinstall the firmware you posted here but no success. The Unit still keep not working.
At this point I want to give the GPD WIN back to you and have a full refund.
