Battery issue Empty Battery issue

Post by gpdluv 2017-11-04, 12:34

Once the GPD pocket is charged at 100% the unit acts as if its on battery power which has different power settings. such as screen turning off sooner than it would when plugged in. all my other windows devices say "plugged in but not charging" when the battery is full and they following the plugged in battery settings.

i plan on using the GPD as a desktop replacement and it is really annoying because when the device is plugged in i have the screen set to go off in 45 mins vs on battery power in 4 mins.

how can i fix?

thanks

When the battery is full, it takes 80 to 85 percent of the battery to start charging.
